I have come to the conclusion that the best way to improve the performance of my Nevada 750 is for me to lose 10 to 12 kilos. Painful but cheap. ( I have been advised by the Learned Lady that to do this would require reducing my consumption of amber liquid). Maybe not so cheap?.

Agreed, Hairees demonstration on that trip and having done a few kms on a mates staintune equipped example they are plenty powerful enough and allow you to carry very high corner speed. :ylsuper: :race:

Being used to real guzzis :fencing: I find that I have to rev the balls of the Breva to get it moving. I dont have to do this with the 750 Strada. Maybe a les restrictive silencer and a bit of tuning but how do you tune something without anything to tune.

Never having owned or done huge k's on a "real" Guzzi, and having only test ridden them back in the '70's, it's difficult for me to comment, although the first time I rode a Breva 750, my overall impression was that it felt "revvier" than what I remembered.
Those Breva 750 owners with Staintunes fitted report an improvement....a less restricted feel (even revvier maybe????)
I recall seeing something on the Staintune site about fuel injection but haven't met anyone who's gone down that path.
I would be interested to hear if anything can be done, but I've been having enough fun with the Breva in standard trim, to not really be bothered thus far.
I did notice an increase in performance after fitting the Aprilia/MG 1200 Sport mirrors to mine :!:

Well,, They will do it every time especially if you tilt them back to remove wind resistance though your's have very unattractive pictures in them. :band:
