This is the new small block page, My god, is this the start of the breva gang, it doesn't quite have the ring to it does it. What about the little mans gang, no somebody may think that we're refering to their nether regions. I know, we can call it the mini-me gang, I don't think that we should let Hairee be the founder/president/ruler, it'll go to his bloody head, then he'll be trying to tell us all how great the 750 Breva is & how we should all be getting rid of our BIG bikes & getting on Brevas. I think that our new Nevada shod forum member, James, should be elected to run the gang, at least he rides a proper bike, plus they are very pretty (looking like a little Cali), so he is probably a nicer bloke & would make more sense than Hairee. May start a poll if enough people beg me too.
LMAO (laughing my ar#e off),
Stay safe,

Not long home from a work trip up north, thought I'd have a quick look at the Forum, and almost didn't recognise it! Away 2 days and Admin/Moderator have done all sorts of things! Even a section for us small block fans. When my brain stops saying "Go to sleep Hairee" I'll think of some suitable response to you, Mr Co-founder of the Cali Gang!

Glad you like it. I keep finding more new things to play in the admin panel with so don't be suprised if things keep changing here and there.

Posted some responses on the v7 retro under the "Loop Frame" section, also a pic of a black v7 retro I stumbled across. The white is superior, IMO, and pays tribute to the 60's colour scheme many of us were familiar with. I believe the entire shipment (not many) to Oz was sold before arrival. The bike looks great, but probably only in the eyes of small block fans It is a Guzzi, though, and I suspect those who own one will have heaps of fun on it, just as I do on the Breva And having fun on your bike of choice is what it's all about, hey?!

Oooh. Will be interested to hear about it. It's one of those machines I put in the "If I could afford more than one bike........" category.

I'm hoping to score a ride over the next few days as he travels through here back to Emerald, I should be jealous but I'm too excited about picking up my V65TT this weekend.

Rode a new clasic last july around Lake Como between Lecco, Mandello del Lario and swome other small place whose name escapes me at the mo. Anyway it was raining lightly when I picked up the hire bike from Agostini's. All nice, white and had that "I'm a brand new guzzi" smell. Anyway the road around the lake is rather slow road, tight twisty's and a legal speed of only 50k. Headed north along the lake then south through the mountain tunnels, No speed Limit as I was cruising savouring the ride at about 140 and the traffic was passing me ( did not want to go faster as riding on the wrong side of the road is a bit disconcerting AND the bike was not run in ) by a reasonable amount of speed. Came out of the tunnels near Lecco and headed back up the lake to Mandello. Anyway took a wrong turn and rode through mountains again, another 140k trip untill the othert side of the tunnel agout 1/2 an hour or so. Seeing as I wanted to ride around the lake, back through the tunnel to Lecco around the lake up to Mandello and back to Ago's. NOTE: Low speed handling Terrific, High speed handling Terrific, Being seen on the 750 classic Terrific, Having to give it back not very good at all. Personal opinion is it is a better bike than the 750 Breva. For my style of riding the Classic is a much more ridable bike and if you own a Breva dont ride the Classic as you WILL want one.

Bit strange that the Classic would feel more rideable, seeing as how it's pretty much the same bike with different "bits" stuck on! Sat on one.....Breva is more comfortable for touring. Could be tempted onto a Cafe tho, for short day trips!
