You must also be aware about making political or personal statements.
We do not wish to run foul of anyone's team of legal eagles, so if you do not think that someone is doing a great job, whether they be a Government, politician or just someone out there that gets your goat up.
Then try to put it out as constructive criticism or make sure that you stress that it is your personal opinion that you are stating.
Many a good person died for our right to have & voice an opinion, the last time I checked we were still living in a democratic society, so you have a right still to voice your opinion.
But if you do not clarify that you are stating your opinion, it becomes slander, which can dump you & probably us in the deep end.

Please consider what you are typing when you post & give some consideration to how you would feel if you were on the receiving end of your own statement, before you hit that submit button.
