Hi guys stopped being slack and joined the forum I have a Bellagio 13300k's I have had it for 7 months and nothing bad to report thus far it just gets better as it gets more mileage on it I recently put 021 bridgestones on it and they are very good and suit the bike well I am getting even wear over the tyre with the dual compound and the grip is excellent Cheers

I like Bellagio's, they're not Breva's, but why can't they make them more like a Cali.
Then they'd go good & look nice too.
Glad you like the Bridgies, I have used them for years, some people don't like the movement when cornering but I find they are easy to do controlled slides with. Each to their own I guess.
You'll meet some very strange people on here(they usually have a Breva) & you'll meet some really nice people here(they have a Cali's), but welcome & enjoy it.
Oh, I'm Wal, the moderator & really nice guy(probably cause I have a Cali).

Hi,
My sv1000 was stolen a fortnight ago, I'm in desperate need to replace my missing limb.

I've had a hard on for the bellagio since I saw the concept bike a few years back at the bike show.

My question: Is there any difference between the '08 and '09 model besides the optional 2tone paint job? I can't seem to find any information online.

Cheers,
CherryDave

I hate lowlife scum who steal motorcycles (or anything else for that matter). Sorry to hear your loss, glad to hear it may lead you to a Guzzi :guzzi:

I've had a look at the specs for the current and upcoming model and it all reads exactly the same. Except for one thing, the primary drive ratio. Current model is 24/35 = 1 : 1.458, new model is listed as 16/21 = 1:1.3125.

I'll leave it for those more knowledgeable than me to explain this. No bugger it, I'll have a lash and most likely get it wrong. I think this will result in an overall lower gearing on the newer bike. No doubt I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.

Basically this is likely to be a very minor difference so the bike will be much the same. I must say I like the new two tone look, but I think the matt black looks better. Damn good looking bike whichever one you go for.

Stats for current model on MG Australia site http://www.motoguzzi.com.au/pdfs/specbellagio.pdf

New model data on MG Italy http://www.motoguzzi.it/it_IT/prodotti/custom/bellagio/bellagio/scheda_tecnica.aspx

:number1: Happy bike shopping :helmet:

Hi Cheerydave I have one and find it excellent overall I have only seen the new one on the net and apart from the paint they seem to have increased the rear seat padding but I have only had one hiccup with it and that was the fuel supply output hose from the pump came off due to the crappy crimp hose fittings the factory uses but apart from that it has only been excellent Cheers Pat :moped:
