Job i'm off to is 210 k,s from Alice Springs on the Tanami Desert Rd.
Go north from Alice 20 ks turn left and keep going 190 klms.
I have it on good authority thats where our camp is to do some road building.
I find using my fingers in conjunction with my toes I can count reasonably high.
Bloody handy at times when working bout who's paying for the beer or rum.
Just point at WAL with whatever digit you prefer.
Once I have the roster fro R&R I'll figure out my social schedule.

Little misconception on Wals part that we buy him spiritious liquors or ales.
The idea is that Wal pay for the aformentioned drinks for us.

Thanks Hairee for telling the truth about this great human being.
I wasn't inside the door 2 minutes when "Santa Wal" pranced up and put a RUM in my hand at last nights meeting and said pass on the shout.
OMG, some of the stories you all tell about this man cannot be true. Shame on all the people who say those nasty things ............ although there may be a bit of truth in the rumour about Wal, the Girl Scout troupe, the goat and a sock ful of custard. Apparantly no conviction was recorded cause the judge wanted the photo's for his own private collection. But I gather that is another story.

He didn't want photos, he wanted the video.
The bastard never gave it back so I had to buy a copy off the internet.
