After 8 weeks living in Sydney and without the trusty Jackal I have returned to Toowoomba, life now is as it should be. Now, who's up for a ride?

Welcome back!
Been trying to get some enthusiasm for a ride with the Toowoomba-ites, but so many other things have been getting in the way!!!
I think there would be interest from regulars on the Forum, if not other Club members......maybe you guys should just make a date, and we can respond.
:race:

He's playing bashful, swagzz.
If we talk nicely to him, do you think he'll get the other Toowoomba guys to committ to a Saturday ride somewhere?

Hairee,
have you done the Maa Maa Creek run up the range??
maybe if we met the Toowoomba guys at Gatton we could
con them in to showing us some twisty/twisted bits.
How about it Waz

Sounds like a plan.
Maybe we should just do it, and I'm sure the Twmba-ites would join in if available.
Any thoughts, suitable dates etc Waz?
We should choose a Saturday (if you want to do another Sat'y ride that is swagzz.....worked for me yesterday), after the club meeting.....when we know what the club has planned.
Then again, we could put it forward as an official club ride anyway. :guzzi:

I think it would be a great idea if we can organise a ride. Getting the Twba-ites all together at one time seems to have been difficult in the past. I'm fairly flexible as far as dates go. There are some great "twisty" bits around the old hill and I for one can make a few suggestions and I'm sure my fellow neighbours could do the same.
The only cavat I have is that I'm out next weekend (hopefully only for that weekend) as I've just pulled the rear shocks off and also the front end to get revalved, resprung and sorted by Peter at Promecha in Vic. I've used him before and the transformation is quite noticable. Found out while I was checking the front end that the steering head bearings need replacing and also noticed that the rear brake pads need replacing as well, so I've got something to work on while I'm waiting for Peter.

Let us know when you are "back together" Waz, and we can go from there......if you have contact with the other Toowoomba-ites, maybe you could let them know a plan is afoot.....maybe I should do a few "PM's".
Anyone know what's become of Tryg.....disappeared off the radar lately......? :guzzi:

I'll try and contact as many as I can with a "heads up". Haven't heard anything from Tryg.

The Forum was going to have a Toowoomba ride last Feb but it didn't happen. That was after it didn,t happen last year, I think. But that's OK, my bike was out of action anyway. So what I'm saying is, "I'm Ready".

Saturday or sunday ride is the next question
i can always stay overnight somewhere if its sat
also the sunday racers/drivers are conspicuous by their abscence.
