What's a Griso?
Here a photo off the Guzzi website for those who haven't seen or have never heard of a Griso.

Image

I could say ride safe, but those that have seen me ride know that I don't know what safe is.
He who falls off lots & enjoys it for some strange reason.

I reckon the Griso is the hottest looking naked bike out there. The new 1200 4v just takes it to a whole new level.

there has been an 1100 Griso sitting in a bike shop in Townsville for over a year now, how do I know this, well for the past 12 months I've been thinking about buying another bike.
long time off them so I bought a 1200 suzuki just to see if i was still up to it.
YEPPP!!!!!.
Couldn't get rid of the thought of that unloved Griso though so as of last friday she has a new home,
yep I've adopted a Guzzi, pick up day is next sat so its going to be a long week but I'll run it in up around the NQ hill country before I come home.
So now you know where one of the Griso's is living Wal.

Welcome Swagzz,
Firstly to the forum & secondly to the little club of the owners of the best bike in the world (though I may be a little biased).
Hope to see you at a club meeting, if you can manage to get down (I know it is rather a long way) & the lovely new adoptee.

Cheers,
Stay safe,

P.S. How good am I, didn't say anything about how The Cali's are the best Guzzi, therefore they are the Best of the Best.
The Cali Gang (V7's are cool, but Cali's rule)

Hi Wal
I probably have low standards so I'll pretty much ride with anyone but thanks for the welcome and hope to get down soon as we can

Ok ,The Mistress has been run in by a little trip from townsville to port douglas via the atherton tablelands through the gillies range .
Stopped at the mountain view hotel where i met another couple of Guzzista on the way north.
the run up and down the coast road to port douglas is motorcycle nirvana .
Got the wet weather test after the gillies on the way back to ingham, aptly named misty mountains.
had the bike serviced in tsv tuesday morning then headed for mackay with a 40 k headwind, not the best fun but it still beats the hell out of working.
More trips on the cards soon as i can wangle time off work .
In the mean time I'll just have to do the short runs around here.
in short :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

If ya put your curser over the IMG under your pics & left click it automatically copies for you, then come into the forum & right click when your posting, select copy & hey presto, there's your picture.
Easy Peasy.

P.S they are a great looking bike, scarey that a Cali owner would even think that.

And the pretty 8V one at the concourse on Sunday,
