Don't tell the blokes with the big block motors - don't want them copying.
If you want your bike to sound like the V twin it is with a deep edge then go see Peter at Pipemasters in Albion.
Just had a hand built set fitted to the Breva 750 and they sound great.
Cheaper than staytunes and oh so much sweeter to listen to.

Cool :guzzi: You really do have to do this with a Guzzi, bloody criminal to hide that sound away with standard pipes.

I'm looking formard to hearing it :dj:

Sue from the club put Stainetunes on her Breva 750 and it sure did not sound like a "little Guzzi"

I test rode beatups just aftet he had it done. OMG it was LOUD!!!!! Too loud actually. I mean, your bike should not give you a headache. He was going back to get it sorted, might be worth seeing how that went before laying down the cash. Any update for us on the pipes beatup?

The mates Breva has a set of Staintunes fitted and when he comes to the country to visit I can hear him leaving until he crosses a ridge 12kms out of town on a still day. :guzzi: I honestly think the 750 is louder with open pipes then my big blocks.Once the motor gets into its stride its like a jet taking off.Love it. :notworthy:

Staintunes are quite a bit more expensive, but I guess you get the optional baffle to remove/leave in.

I'd heard the Pipemasters were a bit too "harsh", so yes, will find out a bit more before proceeding.

I had a set of Pipemasters on a V-twin once which sounded exceedingly mellow going uo the twisty hill north of Mt. Mee. Winding it out in 2nd. was a delight. Peter said he could lift the Whole motorcycle just by attatching to the muffler.

Peter was racing bikes at the same time that I was, when he makes a pipe he sometimes forgets that it's for a street bike.
Yes they can be very noisy, but they ALWAYS work well.

Loud pipes save lifes.
